Lochie

Hi. My name is Lochie and I’m originally from the Riverland, SA I own Energetic Capacity — which is my gym in St Agnes Adelaide, and a (over 50 users) on my online training app. I was originally a farmer with my Dad while I was back to school, moved to Adelaide, and trained with the some the best fitness gurus in Adelaide. I have a crazy number of qualifications. (Cert 3&4 in fitness, Biomechanics, Kettlebell training, COTA Strength for Life, Nutrition and the list goes on) and am currently continuing my studies in Human Sciences.

I have competed in 2 State Bodybuilding shows and one interstate show. I was in the State Team for Pistol Shooting for over 5 years, Actually was kind of a big deal at the time. What can I say, I’m a passionate guy I had a break from bodybuilding shows to put more effort into my coaching and stopped shooting due to the commitment in my earlier years.

I still workout and do my programs everyday and recently competed in IFBB, and I now work with high level coaches to ensure my skills are up to date and I am performing at my best.
