Ah,
The feared and VERY misunderstood words “Intermittent Fasting”. Or in other words and normal human words… “Skipping Breakfast”.

Yep, that is literally “IF” in a nutshell. It is quite literally a made up terminology for skipping breakfast. But just for this emails sake I will go a little bit deeper than that in this email. Because who doesn’t like it balls deep ????

Intermittent fasting is not a diet, but rather a dieting pattern.

In simpler terms: it’s making a conscious decision to skip certain meals on purpose.

By fasting and then feasting deliberately, intermittent fasting generally means that you consume your calories during a specific window of the day, and choose not to eat food for a larger window of time.

You may of heard of the 16/8 plan. This is basically meaning having an 8 hour window of eating and 16 hours of not eating.
